Jeff Richmond was amazed by the talent of up and comers Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Fey and Richmond began hanging out off-stage and developed feelings for each other. After Fey moved to NYC to join the cast of SNL, Richmond joined a few years later as the head of the music department. In 2001, they married and have two daughters. In recent years, they have ventured into the world of Broadway with Mean Girls.
